For FroYo, enable installation of this app to the SD card.

won't do for now. According to 
http://developer.android.com/guide/appendix/install-location.html, if a user 
unmounts the sd card, e.g. to access it from a PC, this would cancel our 
alarms, and we would have to register for 
ACTION_EXTERNAL_APPLICATIONS_AVAILABLE events to reschedule the bell.

Given the small size of the app, it doesn't seem worth the hassle, unless many 
users demand it.
