update main to v0.2.0 #155

Updates implemented as part of prepping {scharpbama} validation report. Handling of deprecation and bugfixes.

Bumping the main version will allow {scharpbama} to impose a dependency version. This external pkg makes use of work currently captured in develop but the 0.1.0.9000 designation does not play nicely with (>= X.Y.Z) nomenclature.
