i cant install properly the pyVHR through pip any suggestions i am working on windows and GPU with cuda version 10.1 #7

@saranzeb you have missing dependencies: cmake requested by dlib and gfortran requested by pybdf

ok thank you so first i need to install these two packages ? and can i install it on google colab as it have already installed most of the dependencies ?
