* Peek version: 1.5.1
* GTK: 4.4.1-2.el9
* Additional info if applicable: When I run Peek via cli `flatpak run com.uploadedlobster.peek`, it works fine.
**Describe the bug**
Trying to open Peek via the launcher just shows a spinner for a bit and nothing opens...

**To Reproduce**
1. install peek via flatpak
1. Try to launch peek from gnome shell
**Expected behavior**
Peek should launch if run from shell
**Additional context**
I found this bug that looked similar but it was ubuntu specific and a reboot/logout doesn't get it to launch for me.
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/-/issues/789
I don't think this is related to https://github.com/phw/peek/issues/512 as it will launch and work, but only from cli.
