Shortcut to hide #127

It would be cool if there was a nice shortcut to hide the Recorder when I am not using it. This is convenient for people doing tutorials, where you want to record a small gif, do something else, and record another gif. For example, right now, when I am writing a tutorial, I close the app every time I need to write something and reopen it when I need another gif to show what I just wrote

Good idea :)

Could we just add the minimize button to the headerbar? Or are we talking about keyboard shortcut to completely hide the window?

I am not sure this covers the use case completely. As I understand it, the idea is to have a shortcut to quickly toggle show / hide of the Peek window. As Peek is usually not focused this requires a global shortcut. The idea is to have a quick way to get the Peek window out of the way and back to the same position while working on a recording. @Tiagojdferreira did I get this right?

I haven't use peek in a while as I haven't done any tutorials lately, so I don't remember the exact use case. Given that I love shortcuts, I am sure that the minimize button wouldn't cut it. People who start using an app a lot always prefer a keyboard shortcut. I think adding a new button to do it in the UI is always a great idea (to show new users the functionality), that shows a small description and the keyboard shortcut on hover.
