25 fps framerate setting is not respected #348

I set the framerate value to 25 fps, but based on the result it does feel like 10 fps. Please see the animated gif at the bottom of https://ultimatehackingkeyboard.com/

I tested the image with ffprobe and is showing the gif is indeed 25 fps.

That may be the case, but when watching it, it certainly does not feel like 25 fps. There must be an issue in the pipeline.

To be honest it looks fine to me maybe mouse movement is a little laggy. But you could be right I'm not sure what could be causing that, let's wait for @phw to chime in.
