You are missing the h264 encoder. I don't know how this is setup on OpenSUSE, maybe it is sufficient to install a package for libx264, maybe this needs a different ffmpeg. Please refer to OpenSUSE support sources for details on how to install ffmpeg with libx264 encoding enabled.
