New install sync takes 25 minutes from start to finish.. is this normal? #1856

Installed the software yesterday and ran sync a bunch of time to clear any dups or oddities. Now if I make one change to Outlook or Google and run the sync it takes 25 mins. Is this normal for the software? Is there something janky with my settings?

I'd say that's slow, but not completely unexpected when syncing 2 year's worth of calendar, totalling ~500 items. I doubt that's what you really need or want to do though - have a read of this.
