Beta vsn 2.11 does not allow connection to Google #1947

Bug Description
I am unable to connect to my google calendar - I have internet connection. I can go into my google account and access calendar there.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. launch Google Calendar Sycn
  2. sync -> start sync
