Not much information here. When did OGCS sync last work? What's changed recently - eg increased the date range for sync? Any other new Outlook add-ins installed that might be holding items open? Have you tried going back to v2.7.8.0 or seeing if the issue can be replicated on a previous version?
Normally the solution is to turn on Exchange cached mode, but it looks like you are already running in cached mode.
However, as you are syncing a full year backward and forwards which apparently is 1184 Outlook items - I guess that's too many as per your current Exchange configuration. What number of items were being successfully synced before?
