Have NPCs speak as themselves in script output #22

Can we use the Roll20 as feature for GMs to speak as some NPC or other, to improve chat output when scripts are used on behalf of NPCs?

The 2021-12-09 commit for the Midgard combat scripts implements a dirty and inelegant workaround.
