We could do that, instead of writing and reading attributes to/from a database whose statefulness seems a bit shaky. Not sure if it's urgent. A downside would be losing the info in case of a sandbox crash/restart.
Actually, not a good idea given sandbox restarts, and since there has actually never been a problem with the statefulness of the database.
