Currently we require the input tree in the .mod file to have the internal nodes labeled, though this isn't done automatically. Without the internal nodes labeled, PhyloAcc crashes with Segmentation fault (core dumped). See #45 for more info.
We should:
[x] Have a better error message when this happens
[x] Check for internal labels in the pre-processing script and add them if they aren't found (and alert the user to use the labeled tree)
[x] Have something in the documentation to point to about this issue.
