Add shape-based testing to the Clade Ontology #65

We can use shape-based testing such as using ShEx or Shacl to make sure that entities in the Clade Ontology are thoroughly described, such as by making sure that they all have titles, definitions, citations, and internal specifiers.

Some of this functionality is covered by ROBOT's "report" command.
