Phyloreference without expected resolution appears to resolve correctly #7

According to jphyloref, Pristichampsinae resolves correctly. However, this phyloreference has multiple matching external specifiers and a non-matching internal specifier, and so should have been marked as unable to resolve.

I suspect the fault is actually in the Curation Workflow, but I'll file it here until I'm sure it isn't an error in the phyloreference testing code instead.

Pristichampsinae now currently fails to resolve, so I'm not sure what was wrong with it earlier. Closing.
