JPhyloRef previously considered phyloreferences without expected resolution as having failed testing. This PR changes that so that they are instead skipped during testing, although their resolution is still reported in the comments. We now standardize to displaying the expected resolution before the actual resolution, and I've updated the tests to reflect this.
