JPhyloRef currently requires that phyloref:Phyloreference be referenced from the ontology being reasoned over -- there's a bug in there somewhere that means that simply importing the term via the Phyloref Ontology isn't good enough. Once we fix this, phyloreferences will no longer need to be direct children of phyloref:Phyloreference in Phyx.js (phyloref/phyx.js#74).
