Create a teaching kit for Phyloref #152

It'd be nice to create a teaching kit showing how something like the Authoring Tool can be used in undergrad classes to explain clade definitions, combining the resources we've already developed for posters and presentations and the like. This will happen after version 1.0 of the Authoring Tool has been published online.
