7 years ago If it's easy enough to do, it may be worth to just go ahead and do it. It sounds like this would just require passing through the necessary arguments to Dendropy?

DendroPy already supports Nexus and NeXML, so it should be pretty easy to add support for them. I think this should be a minor goal for now.
