Implements this for both the Phyloreferencing Ontology as well as the demonstration ontologies (which are A-box files).

See #3 for discussion of alternatives and rationale for the choice implemented here.

@gaurav any comments? We shouldn't let this sit for long because otherwise everything else is going to have conflicts.
