Substitute new OBO metadata ontology (OMO) for IAO import #35

It remains to be seen though whether this brings in all terms we need. Though even if not, the missing ones should probably just be MIREOTed in here.

Looks like this isn't a direct but an indirect import through CDAO. However, we can (and perhaps should?) still consider importing it directly here, because we're using properties from it.
