Relative time #73

An option in OpenTree is to have time, but in relative time units. An example is https://tree.opentreeoflife.org/curator/study/edit/ot_996?tab=home. The issue is that datelife doesn't know those aren't scaled times (so the MRCA age of Demosponges isn't 0.2 MY!).
