Develop new tree service utilizing source trees in TreeBase #55

To reduce the dependency on OpenTreeofLife for getting phylogenetic trees and to allow automatic workflow composition to have multiple tree service choices while planning, a new tree service needs to be developed. Possible sources: TreeBase, ToLweb etc.

TreeBase service is done. Now planning for a new tree service using Phenoscape source.
