Tree generated, displayed and cut-off #282

Large trees (1500+ tips) are displayed but cut-off in the viewer.

@hdliv , I could not found any solid reason for the cut-off. But I am guessing it is because of the large image size. The sample list you gave me generates image file with size 3.4 MB. Some browsers like Mozilla will completely fail to display it and some browsers like Chrome will display it partially.
@ducvan0212, have you found anything on this issue?

I am closing this wontfix status, as we are going to put limits on queries as per #266
