There is one remaining issue that was not covered by this PR: the creation of the eval_calls page (#34). Was this meant to be included here?

I did not include it because the rule is currently disabled in production so we should not be generating any issues for it:

However, for completeness, or if any issues do somehow already exist for it, I'd be more than happy to create the docs for it.
