organize data in repository #31

The data is in two locations in the repository, this could get confusing if one is test data and the other is real data, or if they are two different versions of the same data. I'd suggest creating a 'data' folder and putting it all there.

Thank you for the comments, yes, we deleted one of the data files and just left one in the photonic-hamiltonian package.
