I think the models in the documentation notebook are very well described. But, it was not clear to me (who is not very familiar with this project) exactly what the goals of this project are -- e.g., what the Lennard Jones potential is for, why we want to replace it with vdW force....etc.
More description would be of great help to those who're not familiar with this topic to understand.
