The font size is typically designed to make the text in the processing.js interactives the proper size. In a lot of cases, when you download the same .pde codes and run it in the processing environment the fonts are oversized. Not sure how to fix this. There may be some tools in processing 3.0 that can help get the font sizes to look right.
