releases: automatically generate release tag #139

Each document should have a unique release tag or version to be identified. Git provides a unique, useful tag with "git describe --tag". This tag will automatically be assigned to the "release" variable for the pdf files and the "version" variable for the html version.

Benjamin will also update the link to the Yocto documentation and send a separate pull request for that. Maybe you want to wait for that until to set a new tag.
