Update Italian translation of some GameShell files #118

I've added a couple of options, mostly dealing with savefiles: -F, --simple-savefiles, --index-savefiles, --overwrite-savefiles and -U. They are documented in the file /i18n/start-help/en.txt.

And I've added a couple of admin commands, documented in i18n/gameshell-HELP/en.txt: gsh env and gsh save.

None of that is very important, but if you could update the corresponding it.txt files, that would be great!
