Hi,

it's a great circuit! I suggest to connect a headphone amplifier to DAC_OUTA/B.

Alternatively an I2S headphone DAC can be used. This allows to connect the I2S headphone DAC in parallel on hosts with one I2C-bus (e.g. RPi) or connect it independently on devices with two I2S-busses (e.g. Expressif ESP32).

I suggest to have a look at the TI TPA6130A2 Stereo Headphone Amplifier.
