We need more information, for example... 1) Is this a brand new installation? 2) Was this ever working before? 3) what version of the node software is installed? 4) What happens when you go through the technical setup in the Node app gui? 5) What does the Node app's Troubleshooting page show? etc.
One more thing that I forgot to ask about-- which version of Windows are you using and which build? (example Windows 10 Home build 20H2)
Anyway -- please try the following:- 1) uninstall the Pi node app. 2) uninstall Docker 3) restart the PC 4) Ensure that your firewall rules and port forwarding is in order (TCP ports 31400 to 31409) 5) reinstall Docker Desktop (agree to any permissions questions) 6) start Docker Desktop. 7) reinstall the Pi node app. 8) start the Node app and follow through the prompts/instructions again.
Let me know if this helps get it all started.
hi, i am using windows 10 home. The problem still remains after i reinstalling them, after i start the docker, the pi node will automatically running itself showing "please wait, loading may take up to one minute and load forever".
i think i am missing the pi node consensus or might be accidentally deleted the images on docker.
Our problem is the same. A few days ago I created better hardware space for the pi node. After upgrading the solid state drive, the container disappeared.
The Check now in Pi Node cannot be opened, and the container cannot be obtained.
Anyone got a fix?
have the same issue. any fix? where to download the container manually?
still waiting for a fix!
The same problem
I've got the same problem here. My computer was running a pi node perfectly before, but I sold my computer to someone else who also want to run a pi node, when he was running his pi node on the same computer, this problem occurred.

Hello! Checking in to see if anyone is still experiencing the issue above or if it has been resolved? I am running into the exact same issue currently and have ran through all suggested fixes above, but with no luck. Any insight would be much appreciated if someone was able to solve this issue. Thanks!
after i start the docker, the pi node immediately start loading itself and no output.
