It's possible that your ISP does not allow port forwarding. To verify, 1) Check on your router for the public IP address assigned to the WAN adapter by your ISP. 2.) Go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ with a browser connected to your network and check the IP address it reports as your public IP address.

A) If the IP address in 1) and 2) are the same then your have a "real" public ip address and in most cases you can configure your router to forward the ports successfully. You would also need to allow the ports through the personal firewall on the PC. B)If however the IP address in 1) and 2) are different, then you do not have a "real" public IP address (very common in larger countries where there are not enough public IP addresses allocated for use) - You would need to either arrange for port forwarding with your ISP (might not be possible) or use a third party VPN service that allows port forwarding (this will usually have costs associated).

For internet connections, must use a Router? or mobile wifi is enough?

Is this means we can't use the Pi Node? Is there a other way to run the Pi Node?
