I suggest you using one application called: revo uninstaller, you can find out portable version through google. In this app you can select docker to uninstall, and scan all behind docker like regedit or hidden file. It can help you uninstall application very clean. If you want to reinstall back, the first thing is install docker, Pi node, run docker first, then run pi node at last.
