Ports Issue: 31400-31409 Not Open #179

I have followed all instructions on installing the node software and set-up Windows Firewall accordingly. But I still got the same results as follows: Screenshot_1 Screenshot_2 Screenshot_3

run from command line of your computer netstat -an | findstr 314* see if port are open on the mode thane it is firewall issue follow instructions to to open ports again

Please make sure your router is open port forwarding as well. Static IP is better than dynamic IP. Sometime network provider do dynamic IP to user, it might block up your computer receive their consensus container. I got all port open, but still didn't receive consensus container from pi network team, quite a few months already. You might to wait longer, or randomly given. I have no idea on this spot.
