Pi Node have status latest block : a minute ago #188

can anyone explain to me: Pi node running for a long time have status at position "Latest block: a minute ago" and State is still Synced. I tried to fix it many times including installing new windows, changing PC but after a while I got the latest block status: a minute ago.
