No update after clicking "Remove all blockchain data" #189

Hey team,

Recently my "State" is always "Catching up", so I clicked "Remove all blockchain data“, want to get a refresh(I did this a couple of times before). But this time after I clicked it, I can't get block data, and it's always saying "Catching up" even after 5 days of no downtime.

I've had the same problem! Please have someone looked into this issue.

Same here. Mine also would not update availability, until I removed all Oct 15th Windows updates. But it does not update BC still. I did notice no writing when I looked at the container in Docker. hmmmmm??
