This is a just a community site/page where Pi users help each other out where/when they can on node topics. You can find links to official social media on the bottom of the Pi app menu or the bottom of the home page on www.minepi.com (but their small team is spread thin and probably have no way of responding to all social media pings). Best bet is to try to catch them on the app or hit up the moderators in one of the many different chat rooms to convey messages. Or email support@minepi.com (if you are fine with waiting a long time for a response)

although started by NK, this is not the dev git with an engaged userbase of over 25 million users -- you're definitely going to struggle to get individual attention from a core team of less than 20 people. Your best bet is to hit up the mods on the Pi app if you need something.

And what? How this fact interfere with what I'm talking about? What do they do for the users? Where they do that? Where are the results? By the way, do you know atm ad conversion rates? I bet, 25 million users are being converted not so bad? So I think they could spend some money to provide users with some sort of support. Don't you think so?
