it's ok, just wait~~~

Hi, I'm exactly at the same place, what we need to wait? an announcement or an app notification? why with the version 0.4.7 seems working with consensus container and with 0.4.5 only the dummy is running? thanks !

Irrespective of whether you're running 0.4.5 or 0.4.7 -- The Core Team need to add new nodes to the testnet consensus node pool before the consensus container will be sent to those nodes.

Their focus is on other priorities at the moment (KYC and mainnet related commitments), and will definitely refocus on nodes later. They have made it clear that even running nodes with just the listener/portchecker (stellar-dummy container) will count towards your node uptime. So for now, just leave it running in that state.
