Port forwarding on a mac #303

I'm using a Netgear r7000 with fresh tomato installed and updated, on a Mac. I've forwarded the ports in the router software and allowed incoming connections for the Pi Network and Docker. I've checked with my ISP who says they aren't blocking anything, this is also what my traceroute testing showed. Ports show up as closed when i do the port tests.

I've seen using pfctl in the command line, but I have no idea what I'm doing there. any help with that would be greatly appreciated. i assume the hold up is the Mac since when I go to http://127.0.0.1:31400/ I get nothing

so I'm stuck, I'm not quite sure what I'm missing... the worst part is that this worked about a year ago, it seems to have just stopped working. Unless I've changed something that I can't remember

I wish I came up with a solution, but I pretty much gave up… what’s another 500 Pi anyway I guess… though I do wish it was working, I believe in the project
