Hi my name is Binod Adhikari , but in PI mistakenly use my nickname dabran. I cannot complete my KYC in PI because of nickname. I want to correction. S please help me to correction for kyc.

Hello, name change feature is available only in first 14 days after account creation. Accounts with completely different names cannot be verified.

According to your mail ! I can’t verify my account? From long time I used PI and made more than PI 234 points. It is waste ??? So please give me the best solution. I want to approve my KYC from your side.

Hello, only solution is create a new account with your real name... name change is available only in first 14 days after account creation. KYC procedure is about confirming your provided name with your official documents. If you provided false name, account cannot be verified. I am not Pi Core team member, just pioneer and validator

Some minor changes to your name are acceptable - for example, if your name is "Edgar Allan Poe", and in app you have "Eggy A. Poe", KYC might be approved. But if your name is "Edgar Allan Poe" and provided name is "John Silverhand", account cannot be verified.
