how can i run the Docker daemon #58

hello , i want to run my Docker daemon , i don't no what i can do

I have this problem as well and have spent countless hours trying to fix it with no success. I'm unable to gain access to the BIOS (there is no UEFI Settings option). I'm at a complete loss. Is there a way to enable virtualization via the Command Prompt. Help.
