Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the BIOS. please help

This is a Pi community Wiki - i.e. we don't work for Pi and we definitely do not work for Docker. The question is very obviously not Pi related - The OP might want to ask over on the Docker site. BIOS questions might even be specific to a PC vendor, in which case it needs to be aimed at the PC vendor.
