On my test node, local block number is always 1 since yesterday evening. PFA screenshot of my settings. I tried to remove all blockchain data yesterday evening and also this morning, but is not working. Also is it ok if I never have "incoming connections"?

It's possible that you just need to wait until you get an inbound connection to start things off. But it is also possible that your inbound port forwarding has stopped working for some reason. You can double check your port forwarding at https://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php to see if the ports are indeed still open. NOTE: you will NOT see all 10 ports open unless you stop the consensus container and start the port listener -- in my case while the consensus container is running (which stops the listener container from running) I see only 3 ports open 31401, 31402, and 31403.
