outgoing connections are often keep 7-8 incoming connections are often kee 0-5 is it normal ? how many connections are your node have?

Even though after a recent system restart, which caused my local block to be stuck on Local block number 344767, I still have 8 outgoing connections and 64 incoming connections and am just over a day behind from the latest block which is 364952
