HW issue - Tinkerplate V1 analog 5V output is under 4.5V which is not enough for some sensors #3

powering the Raspberry pi either from 2A 5V wall charger or 5V and 5.5V industrial power supply via GPIO 5v and ground pins. still same sub 4.5 output.
