Make it possible for the multiplier to be higher than 1.0 #2

This would work well together with #1, as one could keep more tokens, but make them less powerful in return. Or maybe just go ham and gain stacks as you change stages.

Changes have been made, needs some more testing. Especially in multiplayer as both client and host.
