The browse button on the Open (jconf file) do not use the actual path. #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go in the configurations of the SpeechOO.
2. Click in the browse button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We must use the path in the textbox to have a initial path in the open box.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
