Cannot load jconf from configurations from relative paths. #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the jconf with a relative path for the grammar.
2. Load it in the OOo.
3. Start the recognition.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It will not start because of the relative path.

If you start the OOo by the command line in the directory of the relative
path it works.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
