We should have nicer buttons and menus. A button to Start / Stop the Speech
Recognition engine (and free some memory) and other to pause / continue the
recogniton.

We should merge the SpeechOO menu to some existing menu, like Tools for
instance.

Now SpeechOO menu is under Tools menu.
